Being a semi-automatic, the barista is in complete control of the machine during the extraction process, meaning that the operator will need to both start and stop the espresso extraction. Volumetric

The Appia Life Volumetric is the ideal machine for users looking for a perfectly consistent yield every time. Being volumetric, this machine allows operators to program desired volumes and consistently pull shots at that volume throughout the day.
